Most saunas in America are an afterthought — a wooden box in the corner of a gym. Nobody teaches you how to use it. Nobody's guiding the heat. You sit for ten minutes and leave wondering what the point was.

Saunagus is different. Known as saunagus in Scandinavia and aufguss across Central Europe, it's a guided group sauna experience that's taken over Europe. A trained sauna master controls the heat with essential oils, towel work, curated music, and controlled heat waves — turning a simple sauna into something you have to experience to understand.

Three rounds of heat and cold. Each session has its own character — the scents, the soundtrack, the intensity. You leave recharged, clear-headed, and buzzing in a way that lasts for hours — even through sleep and into the next day.

We grew up with saunagus in Denmark. It's not exotic there — it's just what we love in our lifestyle. After work, on weekends, with friends or on your own. Not a bar. Not a gym. Not sitting alone scrolling through self-care content. It's the option nobody here has yet.

When we moved to Colorado, we looked for it. It didn't exist. People had saunas — but no culture around them. No education, no guidance, no experience worth talking about. So we decided to build the real thing.
