Three rounds of heat and cold led by a trained sauna master, powered by community and friends.
Arrive
Come early, check in, change, and rinse off before you take your seat in the colosseum. The gusmaster welcomes all.
Round 1
The gusmaster begins. The first round is to settle in, get comfy, and slow down. Then the cold hits — the gasp, the rush. This is the icebreak.
Round 2
You feel the defrost from the ice bath. The heat goes deeper. You surrender. This time the cold excites you — shock fades, focus sharpens, you drop deeper into the moment.
Round 3
The peak round. By now you're fully here — relaxed, alive, all in. Heat hits its highest. The final plunge sends you home with clarity, strength, and a buzz.
Après Social
Low heat to recalibrate after the last ice bath. The sauna afterglow. Decompress, connect, or just sit in the warmth. This is where strangers become friends.

We grew up with saunagus in Denmark. It's not exotic there — it's just part of life. After work, on weekends, with friends or on your own.

When we moved here, we looked for it. It didn't exist. People had saunas, but no culture around them. No education, no guidance, no experience worth talking about. So we decided to build the real thing.
